As a B2B chemical platform, our return and refund process is designed to address legitimate concerns while maintaining regulatory and safety standards.
General Return Policy
Due to the nature of chemical products, returns are generally not accepted once goods are delivered and accepted by the buyer.
However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:

The delivered product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

The product is expired or incorrectly labeled.

The product received is different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong grade, packaging, or specification).
In such cases, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage

Hazardous goods without proper packaging during return
Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted only before shipment. If the goods have already been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises related to returns or refunds, we aim to resolve it amicably. Failing which, the matter shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
